Welcome to HarvestGuard. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, automated trading services, and all associated tools and features.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

To use the HarvestGuard platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Service Overview

HarvestGuard provides clients with access to automated trading bots that execute trades on the Binance exchange using our proprietary strategies and systems. Clients do not need to connect their own Binance accounts. The entire trading process is managed within our secure infrastructure.

Guaranteed Returns

HarvestGuard guarantees fixed returns based on the investment plan selected by the user. Returns are calculated and distributed according to the terms outlined in each plan. These returns are honored regardless of market conditions, as outlined in our Service Agreement.

User Accounts

To access our Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity conducted under your account.

Investment Plans & Payments

Clients must select an investment plan and submit the corresponding payment before trading begins. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the plan terms. Returns will be credited according to the plan’s duration and structure.

Performance Tracking

Users will receive updates, reports, and access to dashboards showing the performance of their investment plans. All trading activity is executed by HarvestGuard on Binance and managed internally for maximum efficiency.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if there is any suspicion of fraudulent behavior, abuse of the system, or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, systems, software, and branding on the HarvestGuard platform are the exclusive property of HarvestGuard. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarvestGuard shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of capital invested by the client under an active plan.

Privacy

All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
